We do our best to display accurate product descriptions and photos, but minor variations may occur. 3) Orders & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order after payment, you’ll be refunded. 4) Shipping We ship to U.S. addresses only. Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping is $10 flat rate, and free shipping applies to cases of 24. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. 5) Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy (posted on our site). For food safety reasons, food items are not returnable except for damaged/defective or incorrect orders. 6) Intellectual Property All content on this site (text, images, logos, and design) is owned by Miracle Fish or used with permission and may not be used without written consent. 7) Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miracle Fish is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or products. 8) Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time.
